Software for Care Organisations

Training Management for Care Providers

The DDS Training Management System is designed for organisations who need to monitor and manage staff training across one or more sites. Although initially developed to manage training of staff working at multiple locations for a Care Home provider, the system will assist any organisation to ensure that their staff training is compliant.

The system dynamically links to your existing HR system to identify the current staff at each location of your organisation. Using this information and the configured core and mandatory training courses for your organisation, the system provides vital training information at the click of a button.

The Training Management System includes the following features:

  • Track Mandatory and Personal Development Courses
  • Link training due dates to job titles and staff start dates
  • Import training records from your e-Learning system
  • Automatically produce your colour-coded Training Matrix
  • Email training reminders to regional managers
  • Thorough compliance reporting across your organisation

Resource Management for GP Practices

Havoc is a software tool for GP practices that identifies patients who are using, or are more than likely to be using, health resources such as non-elective hospital admissions and attendance at A&E departments. Using data readily available from your practice database, Havoc enables you to target and manage multi-disciplinary patient reviews.

Havoc is used to regularly interrogate the data from your SystmOne or Emis practice database and then automatically ranks patients based on key events such as

  • Emergency hospital admissions
  • A&E attendance
  • Attendance by ambulance crew
  • Out of hours contacts
  • GP home visits

In addition to the key events Havoc may also be configured to display important dates of interest for each patient such as

  • Date of last multi-disciplinary case review
  • Date patient was added (or removed) from the community matron caseload
  • Date of OOH notification
  • Date of anticipatory care plan
  • Date of admission to a Care Home

Havoc is also a versatile case management tool allowing you view historical events associated with a patient and record notes for new case reviews.

If you would like to discuss using the Havoc software tool in your GP Practice then please get in touch using the contact page.
